“I’ve lived in many different places in the Bay Area including the coast near Half Moon Bay. But this one has been one of the nicest places I've lived. I don’t plan to ever leave! The grounds are gorgeous with many beautiful trees, flowers, and plants. It’s quiet and peaceful, which I really value. The residents here are kind and considerate. It’s been a godsend for me to feel like I am in a real community, especially during the covid years of shelter-in-place.

“I love living here. The nature all around makes it feel like I'm living in the country. I've never seen an apartment complex on such beautiful grounds in the Bay Area. Tall trees, large expanses of grass, flowers, fruit trees, walkways...and a lovely pool. Many residents are meditators, so people are really thoughtful about not disturbing their neighbors. The apartments are next to Caltrain, but they go by fast, and the trains are electrified now so they are much quieter. The windows are soundproofed on both sides. The apartments themselves are older garden apartments (built in the 60s), but very well maintained by the team on site, who are fast and responsive with anything that comes up. I’ve looked at the new (expensive) apartments going up everywhere. I wouldn't trade this for those places even if they were less expensive (which they aren’t). Most of the residents have lived here for many years. This place is a hidden gem, honestly.”
