What it’s like to live here

Ananda Apartment Community is a 72-unit apartment complex on 5 acres of natural surroundings. Most visitors find it hard to believe they are in the middle of the Silicon Valley and a short walk from El Camino. The large open green in the middle of the apartment complex is unique in the Bay Area. 

Most of the residents practice yoga and meditation, so there is a feeling of peace and sensitivity to neighbors that is rarely found in traditional apartment settings. Delivery people coming for the first time can feel the energy here and often ask, “What is this place?” Even if you should decide to live elsewhere, the Ananda Community is worth seeing just for the fun and beauty of it.
